A 20 Hour Module at Rama Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice that brings you back to balance and creates the space for your body to relax and replenish. This practice can regulate your nervous system, mitigate stress in your life, and help you gain clarity and insight.

This practice offers us a chance to slow down and relax in a world that is fast moving. In this twenty-hour training, we will discuss the adverse effects of stress on our nervous system and how we can remedy illness, anxiety, and disease through restorative yoga, breath awareness, body scans, and meditations.  These practices can help us cultivate more ease and well-being and add to greater longevity.

In this training, you will learn to set up restoratives for yourself and other people, learn the benefits of certain postures, and how to use props skillfully to support practitioners at all levels. By the end of the training, you will have the knowledge and tools to establish a personal restorative practice as well as share with others the benefits of this rejuvenating practice.

All levels are welcome.
